Which towns do you travel to?

Coos Bay, North Bend, Lakeside, Hauser, Coquille, Myrtle Point, Bandon, Reedsport, Coos River, Allegany and Fairview. If you are nearby but not on that list, call and ask.

Do you go to businesses as well as homes?

Yes. Business machines are often the hardest ones to unplug and carry out during opening hours, which is exactly when on-site makes the most sense.

Is it better to bring it in or have you come out?

Phones and laptops are usually simpler to bring in. Desktops, printers, networks and Wi-Fi problems are usually better solved on site. Call and describe it and I will tell you which is faster.
